Original Packaging: The item must include all original tags, certificates (if applicable), and be returned in its original packaging.
Time Limit: You must notify us and initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, due to their nature, are non-refundable unless they are significantly defective or materially misrepresented:
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Clearance sale items (e.g., explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns/Exchanges”).
3. Refund Process
Please follow these steps to complete your refund:

Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address.
b. Ship the Item Back: Securely package the item (preferably in its original packaging) and include your order number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and must ensure the item’s safety during transit. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
c. Inspection and Refund: We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that your issuing bank or payment processor (e.g., PayPal) may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Refund Timeline
Processing your refund typically takes 5-10 business days (calculated from the date we receive and approve your return).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item damaged during shipping or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at aethershardcrystal@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will gladly replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
