All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom products or bulk orders may require additional processing time; in such cases, we will notify you via email.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive it, or customs clearance issues, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund (less the original shipping cost and a restocking fee).

8. Shipping Damage

Crystals are fragile items. We use professional packaging to minimize shipping risks. However, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at aethershardcrystal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue according to our refund policy (product replacement or refund).
